Nicole Provonchee
Nicole is an experienced business leader and executive coach with over 20 years in strategy, consulting, business development, communication and marketing roles, including 14 years in the healthcare industry. Nicole is the founder of Bright Blue Consulting, a Nashville-based organization that offers executive coaching, leadership training, facilitation and strategic planning services to a variety of companies and non-profits.
Through Bright Blue Consulting, Nicole is able to combine her “real-world” experience as an executive and strategist with extensive training in coaching best practices. Nicole’s executive coaching focuses on working with existing and emerging women leaders and their teams, helping them lead with clarity, drive results and achieve their goals faster. Her strategic planning is grounded in driving clarity and aligning efforts to meet the organization’s mission and specified goals.
Nicole has experience working with a wide range of non-profit leaders, teams and Boards. Clients describe her style as optimistic and pragmatic, with a focus on getting clear around goals to achieve tangible results. She speaks frequently to groups on a number of topics, including work/life balance, self-advocacy, and communicating with power and clarity. Her current and past clients include HCA, Ascension, Bridgestone, NaviHealth, Ronald McDonald House Charities, Sexual Assault Center, Senior Ride, NICE, End Slavery TN, Nashville CARES and many others.
Nicole holds an MBA with a concentration in strategy and new ventures from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, where she founded the school’s first MBA association for women. She has a BA in English from Birmingham-Southern College. She holds an executive coaching certification from the Center for Executive Coaching, is certified in DISC and Hogan assessments, and has experience in a variety of coaching methods.
Nicole resides in Nashville, Tennessee with her two young sons and architect husband. She is committed to causes advocating children and women’s rights, including serving on the Mayor’s Parent Cabinet for Nashville Metro Schools, as well as holding Board positions with PENCIL and Our Kids. She also serves as a volunteer at Priest Elementary School, Our Kids and the Sexual Assault Center (SAC), all located in Nashville. Nicole is also a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and an Advisor at the Entrepreneur Center.
