CNM is committed to evaluating our programs and offerings through the lens of equity. In an effort to expand resources and equity-focused offerings to our members who are also interested in equity, CNM will be hosting a variety of workshops and events. Workshops range from introductory content to more advanced content. Please refer to the details of each listing to determine which trainings would be the best fit for your organization.

Events
Introduction to Systemic Racism
National experts, Crossroads Antiracism Organizing & Training, will bring their expertise to Nashville for four offerings of their one-day course, Introduction to Systemic Racism. This virtual training is ideal for organizations that have initiated work in equity and want to dive deeper. Teams are highly encouraged to attend as a group.
Please note that this is the same event, offered at four different times. Participants should only register for one of the listed offerings.

Critical Cultural Competency
This interactive virtual workshop is designed to help participants create the spaces to be self-reflective about our cultural shaping as individuals and institutions. Participants will understand the power dynamics in society that impact the shaping of individual and organizational behaviors of bias and privilege.
