Adam Hinds

Incorporating his passion for education and service, Adam is excited to serve as the Director of Operations at CNM. In this role, Adam plays a crucial part in supporting CNM’s core operational functions. He designs and implements systems and processes to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of every department. Additionally, he provides oversight for information technology (IT) services, finance systems, facility operations, human resources, and data infrastructure improvements.
Adam previously served as the Operations Manager at Interfaith Ministries for Greater Houston, a District Executive for the Greater St. Louis Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America, and Commander of Norman L. Rigdon Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 5896 in Farmington, Missouri. He also has an impressive 21-year service record in the United States Navy as a Chief Operations Specialist, completing several mobilizations and deployments at sea and on land worldwide. During his most recent mobilization he served as the Leading Chief of the Operations Department for Coalition Task Force SENTINEL, the military component of the International Maritime Security Construct. He also serves as a member of the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary in Nashville.
Adam’s roots trace back to Pleasant View, Tennessee. He’s a dedicated lifelong learner and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in International Affairs at Middle Tennessee State University. He holds a Master of Arts in Christian Practice and Conflict Management from Lipscomb University and a Bachelor of Science in International Relations with minors in Religious Studies and Global Studies from Middle Tennessee State University. He also holds several certifications in leadership and project management.
In his leisure time, Adam enjoys spending time outdoors hunting, hiking, camping, or kayaking. He also dedicates time to studying religion, international conflict, and leadership.
