Incorporating his passion for education and service, Adam is thrilled to join CNM as our new Director of Operations! In his role, Adam supports core operational functions at CNM, creating systems and processes that ensure every department runs smoothly and efficiently. Additionally, he oversees all information technology (IT) Services, finance systems, facility operations, human resource functions, and data infrastructure improvements.
Prior to joining CNM, Adam served as the Operations Manager at Interfaith Ministries for Greater Houston, as a District Executive for the Greater St. Louis Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America, and as a previous Commander of Norman L. Rigdon Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 5896 in Farmington, Missouri. He has also served 21 years in the United States Navy as an Operations Specialist, completing several deployments at sea and on land all around the world. He most recently served as the Operations Department Leading Chief for Coalition Task Force SENTINEL, the military arm of the International Maritime Security Construct.
Growing up in Pleasant View, Tennessee, Adam is also a lifelong learner, having recently enrolled at Middle Tennessee State University to earn a Master of Arts in International Affairs. He also has a Master of Arts in Christian Practice and Conflict Management from Lipscomb University and a Bachelor of Science in International Relations with minors in Religious Studies and Global Studies from Middle Tennessee State University.
When off duty, Adam enjoys hiking, camping, kayaking, and generally spending as much time outside as possible along with studying religion, international conflict, and leadership.
