Adam Hinds

Incorporating his passion for education and service, Adam is excited to serve as the Director of Operations at CNM. In this role, Adam plays a crucial part in supporting CNM’s core operational functions. He designs and implements systems and processes to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of every department. Additionally, he provides oversight for information technology (IT) services, finance systems, facility operations, human resources, and data infrastructure improvements.

Adam previously served as the Operations Manager at Interfaith Ministries for Greater Houston, a District Executive for the Greater St. Louis Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America, and Commander of Norman L. Rigdon Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 5896 in Farmington, Missouri. He recently retired from the U.S. Navy as a Chief Operations Specialist with an impressive 21-year service record, completing several mobilizations and deployments at sea and on land worldwide. He now serves as a member of the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary in Nashville.

Adam’s roots trace back to Pleasant View, Tennessee. He earned a Master of Arts in Christian Practice and Conflict Management from Lipscomb University and a Bachelor of Science in International Relations with minors in Religious Studies and Global Studies from Middle Tennessee State University. He also holds several certifications in leadership and project management.

In his leisure time, Adam enjoys spending time outdoors hunting, hiking, camping, or kayaking. He also dedicates time to studying religion, international conflict, and leadership.
