Erika Borg
Erika Borg has nearly 20 years experience working to improve the lives of young people. In 2018 she started Civic Allies Consulting, which supports organizations in drawing up strategy, programmatic design and identifying funding. Our goal is to bring about lasting civic change.
Current Civic Allies clients include: state and regional chambers of commerce, community nonprofits, philanthropic advisory groups and national associations. Each engagement is tailored to meet the specific needs of the organization and its staff.
Erika’s past professional positions include: Chief Development officer for Monroe Harding, a direct service agency focused on foster youth; Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at UNITE-LA and the L.A. Area Chamber of Commerce, where she helped architect a national partnership with the Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives; Director of Corporate Relations for the Salvation Army Southern California Division. She has also held positions with the University of Florida College of Nursing and City of Hope.
Erika is an active member of her community serving on the Nashville Chamber of Commerce’s Education Report Card and as a member the Rotary Club of Nashville. She has a Masters of Public Administration from University of Southern California and a Bachelors Degree in English from University of California, Davis.
