Sara del Castillo

Born in Mississippi to a Peruvian-Bolivian-American family, Sara has always been passionate about diverse, inclusive, and connected spaces. Growing up in a multicultural, immigrant community led Sara to study Anthropology-Sociology and become an advocate for equity within Latinx, LGBTQ, and BIPOC communities. Over the past 10 years, she has worked with the UnitedWeDREAM Network, the American Civil Liberties Union, People For the American Way, and Americorps. After working as a Fulbright scholar in Spain and Teach for America educator in New Orleans, LA, Sara became a Human Resources leader for a Latinx and immigrant serving nonprofit in Nashville, TN. Currently, she is a leadership development coach and manager for Doma, a national tech company. There, Sara coaches leaders to discover ways of working that are joyful, that bring people together, and transform workplace culture. Sara helps people create spaces for connection, sustainability, engagement, and belonging. She is a leadership and culture consultant for people3.
