Social Media 201: Strategies to Manage, Measure, and Increase Engagement (Zoom)

This half-day workshop is designed for nonprofit professionals who are ready to take their social media strategy to the next level. Building on the basics of using social media for strategic communication, participants will dive deeper into:

• Aligning strategies and tactics with objectives and goals
• Creating content that will engage
• Managing an online community 
• Listening for insights
• Measuring your results
• Imagining what’s ahead for the social media sphere.

Note: This workshop can be used as an elective for all CNM Certificate programs requiring additional electives for completion.
