Renée Rizzo

Renée Rizzo has served Hope Clinic for Women as CEO since 2004. She has a rich and diverse resume with stints in both the corporate world and church ministry before joining the nonprofit community. Her professional experience in Finance, Marketing, Database Management, and Strategic Planning has been essential in bringing strong fiscal responsibility and successful long range planning to Hope Clinic. In the last decade she has helped client growth of 500% with an operating budget increase of only 20%. She spent 5 years in church ministry in the tri-state area (NY, NJ, CT) before arriving in Nashville. She spent her time equipping church members and elders on team based management, leadership, fundraising, systems operations, matching people into ministry with the use of personality tests and other tools. In corporate America, she spent eight years with companies such as Waldenbooks and Oxford Health Plans. Her success was recognized in 2009 when the Nashville Business Journal recognized her with their Women of Influence in Nonprofit Leadership award.
