She served most recently as Lipscomb University’s associate dean for administration, marketing and recruitment for the College of Leadership & Public Service. A range of experiences in administration for nonprofit organizations gives her a passion for all types of leaders facing complexity in their organizations and communities. Learning from a team of expert trainers, interventionists and faculty at Lipscomb, she has worked in coaching and promoting conflict competency to leadership groups, educators, elected officials, health care providers, legal practitioners and business managers. Morrow holds adjunct instructor appointments in the College of Business and in the College of Leadership & Public Service, as well as an appointment of Competency Coach for Lipscomb’s innovative Competency-Based Education (CBE) programs in its College of Professional Studies.

Morrow’s nineteen years working in communications, fundraising, sales and marketing include project and volunteer management on efforts to retain Nashville’s NHL team and the campaign to gain critical early political support for its convention center, Music City Center, the city’s most comprehensive public project to date. Favorite roles include serving as a volunteer crisis counselor for Nashville’s suicide and information/referral hotline (now Family & Children’s Services) and a post as Executive Director for the Belmont Community Organization outside of Charlotte, NC, providing crisis assistance for families. She loves children, soccer, bulldogs and the High Line Park in NYC.
