Abby Janis

Abby Janis is the Program Manager for CNM. She supports the team in facilitating programming offerings including Education, Consulting, Community Impact, and Equity Initiatives. With a passion for community engagement and corporate community initiatives, Abby loves helping others and involving them with the resources they need to be their best professional and personal selves in the nonprofit sector.

With a background in the arts, Abby studied Entertainment Industry Studies and Theatre at Belmont University, where she learned everything she could about arts administration, nonprofits, and community education. Working in various roles in hospitality, events, and the performing arts, Abby has spent her career engaging her love for people and experiences, along with her excitement for volunteerism and nonprofits.

With experience in fundraising, nonprofit operations, and board management, Abby joins the CNM team, ready to help others in their nonprofit journey.

When she isn’t working or volunteering, you can find Abby exploring her city, reading and hiking in her favorite parks, and supporting the local theatre and music scene.
