Job Summary

Job description: Provide clients recruitment services with minimal oversight and ongoing accountability.

Job Responsibilities

  • Internally: Work part-time with a few, quality people with long-term relationships and partnerships in mind.
  • Externally: Serve nonprofit clients and discuss interest in serving other clientele. Prioritize providing superior work and excellent quality customer service. Experience working with entrepreneurs and small-business owners is preferred. Current industries served by The Consultancy are nonprofit and trucking, and additional industries currently in process are healthcare and places of worship, primarily churches. Experience is preferred.
  • This person is (as are all who work with The Consultancy) an independent contractor. Neither this person nor The Consultancy will be paid for the expected 1-2 months of working hand-in-hand to fine-tune the services provided, costs and processes to carry them out. An example is whether your work is offered as hourly or per project.
  • Preference given to those who live in the Middle Tennessee area and ability to drive to The Consultancy in south Nashville when/as needed.

  • Work remotely with own, reliable computer and Internet access. Clients may or may not be in the Nashville area.
  • Reliable transportation to meet with The Consultancy representative to brainstorm and implement ideas then continue meeting in person thereafter if/when needed.

Preferred skills:

  • Recruitment
  • Human resources generalist skills.
  • Google Drive.
  • Experience working with entrepreneurs and small-business owners is preferred.
  • Experience working in the nonprofit industry is preferred.
  • Educate clients as needed, when appropriate.
  • Understand and work with the client’s priorities in mind.
