Description

The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating all administrative aspects of fundraising, donor outreach and management, marketing, event planning, etc.  The Operations Coordinator will report to the US Director and will partner closely with the Board of Directors, church partners, and volunteers.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work with US Director and Indian staff to ensure an organized, pre-planned, standardized, and collaborative approach to vision trips 
  • Work with the US Director to accomplish tasks through email, deadline management, and meetings 
  • Manage and oversee all data activities inside the Bloomerang donor management system 
  • Handle all functions of gift entry including batch processing, donor acknowledgments, digital record keeping, vision trip funding, etc. 
  • Track the vision team’s documents, trip fees, and expenses for their trips 
  • Assist with planning and executing conference calls, board meetings, trips, and fundraising events 
  • Update and improve Seed India’s website and social media platforms 
  • Check the PO Box and respond accordingly to donors or vendors, as necessary
  • Research and compile lists of potential new donors, organizations, churches, etc.
  • Work with Seed India Director to execute an annual marketing strategy 
  • Assist in creating newsletters, reports, brochures, flyers, invitation materials, posters, and other print materials, as needed 
  • All other duties as needed

Qualifications

  • Must have a passion for Seed India’s mission and align with our organizational values
  • Must be comfortable working in a faith-based environment
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Diligent, self-motivated, and willing to assist in all service areas as needed 
  • Skilled with multiple social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.  
  • Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus
