Office Manager



Job Summary

Are you that highly organized person that can keep our office stocked and on track? If so we need you to join our team! This is an office full-time position in the Nashville Airport area.

Job Responsibilities


  • Maintains a list of approved supply vendors with TAADAS tax-exempt accounts.
  • Coordinate additional supply vendors as needed or directed.
  • Ensure that bids are developed for any purchase of an individual item as needed.
  • Work with each program area supervisor to receive supply order forms and place orders to ensure supplies are procured in a timely manner. This includes any printing or supplies needed for events or training held by any TAADAS or TSPN staff.
  • Maintains and stocks office supply cabinet, kitchen, and workroom supplies.
  • Create a new hire supply list.
  • Order business cards and name tags for all staff.

Mail, Receiving, and Shipping

  • Check and route incoming mail daily.
  • Count and inspect for damaged packages delivered and verify that it matches the manifest before signing for the shipment.
  • Receive all packages/supplies delivered and route them to the proper staff or storage location.
  • Once the packing slip is verified in relation to the actual order, sign off on the packing slip and put it in the accounting mailbox.
  • Assemble and track supply shipments to off-site staff.

Equipment/ Exhibit Supplies

  • Maintain a list of TAADAS-owned equipment issued to both off and onsite staff.
  • Maintain a list of exhibit supplies, and locations and oversee the sign-in/out process.
  • Maintain organization and inventory of storage, work, and media rooms.

SOR Grant Supplies

  • Place orders for Overdose Reversal kit supplies.
  • Fill and ship orders for these supplies.
  • Maintain inventory of these supplies.

Training Coordination

  • Develop CPRS and TSPN training schedules.
  • Secure venues for in-person training.
  • Print, assemble and ship training supplies to participants or trainers.
  • Develop MOUs with outside contract CPRS and TSPN trainers annually.
  • Assist with coordination of CYAPSS and CFSS train the trainer events

Other Duties

  • Place and track service calls for copier/printer including ordering toner and other machine supplies.
  • Make travel arrangements for out of State travel for staff.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Excellent Organizational skills  

Proficient in Microsoft 365

Good Communication skills – both written and verbal

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Frequent walking, stooping, and standing
