Job Summary

The Managing Director is the heartbeat of JLN, ensuring seamless daily operations. This role bridges continuity across different presidential terms, managing budgets, staff, donor relations, databases, property, and electronic/paper communications. Balancing administrative duties with strategic alignment, the Managing Director champions our mission, acting as a steward of the League while the President leads.

Qualifications

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years in volunteer management and fund development, including experience in leading staff and overseeing budgets.
