Fellowship Director- Full time Remote Position – Some Travel Required

Job Summary

MentorHub (“Supportive Accountability Hub, Inc.”) was founded as a nonprofit 501c3 in 2020 to advance equitable and unfettered access to evidence-based behavioral health, education, and human services for people everywhere. Today, we work side-by-side with practitioners, researchers, and communities to create technology and specialized mentoring programs that remove systemic, geographic, and social barriers to receiving effective and affirming support.

As a young nonprofit, MentorHub offers entrepreneurial and mission-driven professionals a rare opportunity to grow with an organization that is committed to creating networks of care, opportunity, and belonging that leave no one in the margins. One way we are working to achieve this mission is through the launch of The MentorHub Fellowship. This one-year paid Behavioral Health Workforce Development Program will prepare individuals with valuable lived experience for careers in mental health while delivering clinically supervised, evidence-based mentoring support to individuals living in Mental Health Professional Shortage Areas through MentorHub’s TRY Mentoring Program.

MentorHub is seeking an experienced and results-driven Fellowship Director to lead all aspects of its new MentorHub Fellowship. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Fellowship Director will be responsible for designing and implementing all aspects of the Fellowship for its inaugural cohort of Fellows. This includes day-to-day administration of Fellowship activities from Fellow recruitment and selection, managing the MediCal Peer Support Specialist certification process, securing fieldwork opportunities aligned to Fellows’ individual goals, coordinating personalized career development coaching and experiences, and supporting employment placement for each Fellow post-Fellowship.

Additionally, the Fellowship Director will be responsible for building the systems and processes needed to scale and replicate the MentorHub Fellowship as part of MentorHub’s larger goal of making effective and affirming support more available, accessible, and affirming of those persistently underserved by current mental and behavioral healthcare delivery systems.
