Job Summary

Overall strategic planning, revenue generation, financial management, organizational development, staff management, and program operations.

  • Fundraising and recruiting volunteers.
  • Community relations:  Serve as the primary spokesperson for ACT. 
  • Advocate to enhance employment opportunities for individuals with autism.

Job Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the strategic plan in alignment with ACT’s mission and vision. Work closely with the Board of Directors.

  • Fundraising
  • Program Development
  • Cultivate relationships with community leaders and organizations.

Qualifications

Education:  A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Nonprofit Management, Special Education, or a related field.

Skills: Strong leadership and organizational skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; knowledge about program development and administration.
