Job Summary
Nourish Food Bank is hiring an Executive Director who will lead the organization into its next stage of exciting growth and community service. Nourish exists to feed families, fuel hope, and nourish our communities through compassionate service, collaborative programs, and partnerships that create a network of care. This more than 40-year-old organization has experienced rapid growth in responding to community needs and currently operates multiple direct service locations, a delivery program, and a wraparound services initiative. We seek an experienced nonprofit leader with a passion for lifting the community to continue the successful path forward and prepare the organization for any challenges or growth opportunities in the coming years.

- Staff Oversight and Administrative Services
- Board Relations
- Reporting and Audit Management
- Strategic Planning
- Crisis Management
- Collaboration Building and Partnership Management
- Events Planning and Production
- Management of Nourishing Women Recognition Series & Nourish Podcast
- Financial Management
- Inventory Control
Qualifications
The successful candidate will be a dynamic leader possessing, among other characteristics:
- 10+ years in nonprofit management
- Substantive business acumen
- Passion for service
- Energy and enthusiasm for networking and relationship-building
- A solid history of successful fundraising across multiple platforms
- Experience in working with boards
- Ability to navigate interpersonal dynamics
- Desire to treat others with compassion and empathy
- Integrity and commitment to transparency
- Public speaking skills
- Commitment to equitable care and service
