About Impact Youth Outreach: Impact Youth Outreach is a dynamic and fast-growing youth development and mentoring program that serves disadvantaged, at-risk youth in urban communities nationwide. Our mission is to provide educational and mentorship opportunities to help young people reach their full potential and achieve their goals. We offer scholarships, mentorship, community service, and educational programming to support and empower youth in urban areas.

Job Purpose: The Executive Director will oversee the strategic direction, operations, and growth of Impact Youth Outreach. They will lead a team of professionals and volunteers and will be responsible for ensuring the organization’s programs and services are of the highest quality and effectiveness and meet the needs of the communities we serve.

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan that will guide the growth and impact of Impact Youth Outreach
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the organization, including budgeting, fundraising, and financial management
• Lead and manage a team of professionals and volunteers to achieve the organization’s goals and objectives
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including funders, partners, and supporters
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality programs and services to the communities we serve, and measure their impact
• Represent Impact Youth Outreach to the public and in the media, building its reputation and profile
• Stay informed of industry trends, best practices, and opportunities for growth and innovation

Qualifications

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. social work, non-profit management, youth development, etc.)
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably with a focus on youth development and mentorship
• Strong financial management skills, including experience with budgeting and fundraising
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead a team and build strong relationships with stakeholders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively represent the organization to the public and media
• A passion for empowering and supporting disadvantaged youth in urban communities
