Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Executive and Management Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis (25-30 hours per week). In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting our executives and managers, and ensuring that our campus runs smoothly.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars and schedules, scheduling appointments, and meetings
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents.
  • Coordinate communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems (both physical and digital).
  • Manage email and phone inquiries, screen calls, and respond to emails efficiently.
  • Arrange travel logistics, including flights, hotels, and car rentals.
  • Research and provide information as needed.
  • Prepare expense reports and manage petty cash.
  • Other administrative duties 


  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Discretion and professionalism are essential.
  • Experience with project management tools is a plus.
