Job Summary
Ronald McDonald House Charities of Nashville (RMHC), a nonprofit family residential facility, seeks one or more paid part-time Evening House Managers. Candidates should be organized, enjoy children, work well with volunteers and be a nonsmoker.
Job Responsibilities
The Evening House Manager will be on site and handle all evening operations of the House on various days from Sunday through Thursday at 5:00 PM to 12:00 midnight. This includes checking-in and checking-out families as needed, as well as, housekeeping duties during the evening hours. The Evening House Manager is the primary staff contact for guests of the Ronald McDonald House in Nashville, Tennessee during the evening hours. This includes residents, volunteers, donors, etc. He/she will be responsible for maintaining a home-like and supportive environment. The Evening House Manager will report all notes, messages, incidents to the Overnight Security Guard and the Weekday House Manager.
These candidates must be people oriented and responsible for the performance of day to day operations and family service needs. Successful individuals will have strong leadership skills, initiative, enthusiasm, dependability, enjoys interaction with children and families, and highly adaptable. Qualifications
Degree required and qualifications: High School diploma or Equivalent.
