Since 2009, Urban Green Lab has been dedicated to teaching communities how to live sustainably, envisioning a city where sustainability is a part of everyday life

Job Responsibilities

The Director of Partnerships will work under the supervision of the Senior Director of Operations to build a community of businesses and individuals who support our mission financially. This role involves cultivating corporate sponsorships, managing individual relationships, and launching a new membership program. The Director will work closely with the Executive Director and other team members to execute fundraising campaigns and activities. The Director of Partnerships will be responsible for a specific portfolio of business and individual relationships and giving levels, both of which will evolve and grow over time.

  • Comfort working with businesses and negotiating financial commitments
  • Knowledge of gift stewardship regulations and best practices
  • Proficiency in connecting with diverse donors
  • Experience with grant writing and cross-functional teamwork
  • Understanding of sustainable living principles (preferred)

Salary & Benefits

This is a full-time, exempt position with a starting salary in the $65,000-$70,000 range, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement contributions, paid time off, parental leave, and more.
