Job Summary

The Community Engagement Coordinator at Ella’s House plays a pivotal role in cultivating partnerships with local and national entities at Ella’s House and fostering relationships with pre-existing connections in the nonprofit, donor, and education spaces. This role also provides support to our Director of Operations through volunteer management, special events assistance, and donor development assistance.

Job Responsibilities

The expectations of this position include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Community partner cultivation with local and national entities
  • Academic liaison to local colleges
  • Special events assistance
  • Volunteer coordination for service days, babysitters club, meal train, special events, and more
  • Donor development assistance
  • Home management assistance
  • And other duties as needed

Qualifications

The perfect candidate for this position will be a self-starter, confident in an array of situations, and comfortable speaking to a variety of people. Organization and communication are key for this role as well as a passion for education, moms, and babies.
