Job Summary

Guardianship and Trust (GTC) is a 501(c)3 agency. GTC was established to serve those who are unable to make informed and rational decisions for themselves regarding financial, Medical, and other matters of priority. GTC’s staff are court-appointed to serve as guardians or Conservator for wards of the court who are deemed incompetent to handle their affairs.

Job Responsibilities

  • Data Entry
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Grant Writing
  • Assist with TDFI Exams and Annual Audits
  • Maintain Bank and Brokerage Account Files
  • Assist with obtaining information for client tax returns/K1s

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in a human service field preferred
  • Exceptional time management and organization skills
  • Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple projects
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Proficient in QuickBooks
  • Must have proven written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have a valid Tennessee Driver’s License, and automobile and show proof of automobile insurance
  • Must pass a background check
  • No current or past bankruptcy
  • Must pass a drug test
