Job Summary
Park Center seeks a progressive, energetic, mission-focused individual to serve as its CEO. The CEO must possess the academic and business qualifications for the position and a passion for Park Center’s mission.
Park Center has been serving Nashville for over 35 years, providing a place for hope and recovery for people with chronic mental illness, homelessness, or addiction. We meet people where they are and provide support through treatment, housing, day programs, and employment services. We provide hope and help to our members to navigate challenges and better live and work in the community.
We have pioneered and trained other nonprofits in breakthrough methods of employment and partnered with Vanderbilt University Medical Center in one of the country’s first street psychiatry programs.
Qualifications
A minimum of seven to ten years of senior nonprofit experience in mental health or community services, and a master’s degree is preferred; a Bachelor’s degree is required in psychology, social work, health care administration, or a related field. Visionary leadership, strong communication and collaboration, management expertise and the capacity to oversee financial operations are essential, as well as public relations and fundraising experience while working for or with a board of directors.

The Salary Range for this position is $140,000 to $170,000.
