How do I complete a CNEMT certificate?

You complete a CNEMT certificate by attending the required core workshops and coaching sessions. See below:

Board Fundamentals Certificate

4 Workshops (must complete at least 3)

Volunteer Program Management Certificate

3 Workshops / 1 Review/Coaching Session (must complete at least 3)

Program Leader Certificate

3 Workshops / 1 Review/Coaching Session (must complete at least 3)

Revenue Development & Fundraising Certificate

3 Workshops (must complete at least 2)

2 Group Coaching Sessions (must complete at least 1)

 

I want to sign up for the certificate, but one of the core workshop dates does not work for me. What do I do?

Although all sessions of CNEMT certificates are important, each certificate does allow you to miss one workshop/session and still be eligible to complete the certificate by working with your certificate facilitator to make up the missed material.

All CNEMT certificates except the Board Fundamentals Certificate are offered twice a year, so if one cohort does not work, check for the next cohort.

Can I sign up for more than one certificate at a time?

Participants may sign up for as many certificates as they would like.

How long do I have to complete the certificate?

Certificates must be completed within two years of the first core workshop taken. If the certificate is not completed within two years, then you will not be eligible for the certificate.
