Carmen Moore-Minor has over 20 years of experience developing successful federal grant proposals as well as implementing, administering and evaluating multi-million dollar federal grants. Over these two decades, Carmen also gained extensive experience creating federal grant curricula and training tools covering a wide range of topic.
Full participation in Writing Federal Grants is applicable for 5 points in Category 1.B -Education of the CFRE International application for initial certification and/or recertification.
