In this 90-minute workshop, consultant Paula Farmer will provide essential tips and guidance for those who are performing HR tasks with little or no formal HR training with a focus on the activities necessary to be legally compliant.
This workshop also serves as a great introduction to some of the concepts covered in the Effective Human Resource Practices:Owning Workplace Compliance and Setting the Tone for Fairness & Equity workshop, also facilitated by Paula Farmer on 3/30.
Note: This workshop can be used as an elective for all CNM Certificate programs requiring additional electives for completion.
