This foundational training session, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Breakthrough establishes DEI strategy as a lever for sales, growth, and loyalty. The Trust, Innovation, and Growth (TIG) Diversity Model defines the fundamental links between these key business drivers of along with the ways in which diversity, equity, and inclusion impact them. Using this model, leaders and teams can evaluate and align their activities with operational and market opportunities for performance improvement and top-line growth.

•    Inspire leaders and key stakeholders to use DEI as a lever to spark innovation and growth
•    Demonstrate the relationships between trust, innovation, and growth within the organization
•    Adopt common language for leaders and stakeholders to communicate the value of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization’s mission, vision, and long-term goals.
