The "Adventure in Leadership" provides an opportunity for leaders from nonprofit organizations to consider their own personal leadership journeys:
- to reflect on the general attributes of great leadership
- to consider how they personally make leadership decisions and take action
- to reflect on past successes and troubles from their own experiences
- to build new relationships withother nonprofit leaders who face similar professional and personal challenges
- to embrace new mindsets that will help them achieve better, long-term results for their organization, their stakeholders, and themselves
