Sarah McCormick

Sarah McCormick joined CNM in 2022 as the Director of Operations, previously serving as the Senior Director of Operations and Impact with Project Transformation Tennessee.

After receiving her Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Lambuth University in Jackson, TN, and her Masters of Theological Studies from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX, Sarah has spent 15+ years working in churches and nonprofits as a seasoned and respected leader, directing operations and instituting long-term initiatives that result in transformative change.  Sarah is a servant leader and mentor, with a passion for leading efficient teams, fostering cohesion within a diverse team, and instilling a shared vision.

Sarah loves organizing people, resources, and systems for organizational impact.  A developer at heart, she values fixing broken systems so that teams can thrive in their work.

As a Memphis-native and Nashville resident, Sarah is a lover of all things music.  She also enjoys cold-brew coffee, interior design, and dogs.  Most weekends, you can find her with her husband and son at the zoo or exploring new spots in Nashville.  If you have a drawer, closet, or garage that needs organizing, Sarah is your girl!
