WEB was founded in 2013 and currently serves more than 100 students.
Based in Nashville, Tennessee, the nonprofit 501(c)(3) is seeking a high school US History instructor.
Job Responsibilities
Course Description: This course provides a one-year survey of American history from the American Revolution to the present. Students learn about the various political, social, religious, and economic developments that have shaped and continue to shape the United States.
Class details: Tuesdays 1:00 PM-2:30 PM; class meets at 2300 Ridgecrest Drive, Nashville, 37216 and follows a 31 week calendar
Class Recommended for Grades: 9-12
Compensation: $2,440 per semester, $4,880 per course; paid monthly
Qualifications
Experience: Classroom experience and love of high schoolers preferred; teaching certification not required.
