Job Summary
Do you love working outside? Enjoy hiking and learning about the natural world? Would you like to make a difference in your local ecosystem and park? Then this job is for YOU!
Job Responsibilities
We are looking for strong, energetic, dependable people who are willing to work hard and are comfortable in the outdoors in all kinds of weather helping to improve the Warner Parks’ hiking trails, contributing to invasive plant management, tree planting, natural area restoration and resource management projects throughout the Warner Parks and Nature Center landscape.
Qualifications
Team members will be working with a variety of tools such as fire rakes, mattocks, saws, weed wrenches, loppers, pruners, shovels, hammers, drills, post-hole diggers, tamping bars, and especially your hands! Being experienced with some of these can be especially helpful. You should be physically able to carry logs, rocks, and tools for up to a half mile to various remote work sites.
