Taking Care of Your Team & Addressing Staff Burnout (In-Person)

Woriking in the nonprofit sector comes with many challenges, Many in the nonprofit sector experience burnout and are seeking strategies to create more balance for themselves and their teams.  

This workshop will teach valuable techniques that can help you (and your staff) to not only survive, but also grow and thrive.  

Learning Objectives: 
•    Understand how to create a culture of self-care 
•   Understand your self-care story and take practical steps towards staff well-being 
•   Be more mindful and grounded to prevent the workplace burnout

Note: This workshop can be used as an elective for all CNM Certificate programs requiring additional electives for completion.
