Job Summary
Resident Montior/Recovery Specialists work closely with the Director of Operations and Clinical and Social Services Director to oversee and monitor resident care at Matthew 25, Inc., a faith-based nonprofit ministry in South Nashville that serves men experiencing Homelessness, poverty, and various levels of substance addiction.
Job Responsibilities
Duties of a Resident Monitor/Recovery Specialist include, but are not limited to the following:
- Supervision of and security for residents of Matthew 25 THP
- Administration of urinalysis, breathalyzer, and oral swab tests for alcohol and drugs
- General administrative duties, light filing, answering phones, etc.
- Some simple kitchen work, preparing meals and beverages for residents when the need arises
- Inspecting resident rooms for compliance with M25 policies
- Maintaining a level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times with staff and residents
Qualifications
Bachealors Degree prefferred. Special Consideration given to those with LADAC, CPRS, certifications etc. For more information, please email Jed Hanes, Director of Operations jhanes@matthew25helps.com
