The Village at Glencliff

Resident Case Manager

The Village at Glencliff

Job Summary

The Village at Glencliff (TVG) (www.villageatglencliff.org) is hiring a Resident Case Manager who is, first and foremost, passionate about caring for and housing vulnerable populations. We are a relatively new 501(c)(3) organization whose mission is to provide a healing community for medically vulnerable, unhoused Nashvillians where they can safely recover, stabilize their lives, and imagine their futures.

To achieve our mission, we cultivate person-centered services for our residents, who stay with us in one of 12 stand-alone tiny homes from their hospital discharge through recuperation until they are permanently housed. This is a full-time position, coordinating with other team members to maintain a mission-focused environment in which residents receive the highest quality of compassionate and dignified care while concurrently utilizing trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices to achieve optimum health and housing outcomes in a way that fosters health, mutual respect, clear communication, and positive self-regard.
