Job Summary
Kymari House is a local non-profit in Murfreesboro, TN. We provide supervised visitation services to children and their non-custodial parent. The position available is a part-time Program Coordinator position. The primary responsibility is daily operational program delivery and collateral responsibilities for supervised visits. Essential job responsibilities include working with potential clients to initiate services, organizing and scheduling family visitation time, and service delivery which ensures safety of children. The candidate will work as a member of a team of monitors and supervisors providing services to families visiting at Kymari House.
Job Responsibilities
The Program Coordinator will serve as the primary contact for new and existing clients and referrals to Kymari House. Provide oversight to the families visiting Kymari House including intake, court related request, ensuring safety, documentation, and accounting related issues involving the families we serve. Responsibilities include scheduling and conducting new client intakes and child orientations. Maintain case files for active and closed cases. Maintain monthly statistics reports and agency database to help with the collection of data. Maintain the scheduling of clients, staff, and other program related activities. Serve as a weekend program supervisor. Serve as a community resource about Kymari House.
Qualifications
Advanced degree in human services or related field preferred; or 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
