Job Summary
We are looking for a licensed counselor who would be interested in joining an agency supported private practice. We operate on a sliding fee scale based on the number in household and annual gross income. Maximum fee charged depends on these factors and could be as high as $80.00 per current board policy. Counselor is reimbursed up to $50.00 per hour for the difference for those paying reduced fee. Agency provides office, furniture, phone, utilities, and secure entrance. Counselor is responsible for scheduling appointments, collecting fees, case files & notes, professional liability insurance and filing quarterly requests for subsidy reimbursement to CCM board treasurer.
