NTR is in the middle of a 5-year contract with Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools (MNPS) and is in the process of developing deeper relationships with charter schools in Middle Tennessee. A highly accomplished and collaborative staff is working to build strong foundations for the organization that will contribute further to this long-term vision.

  • Create a financial plan that allows NTR team to make long term plans that ensure the financial sustainability of the organization and allow for growth which uplifts and builds power amongst Residents & alumni, especially those from historically marginalized communities.
  • Be the leading voice for preparation and support of a diverse teaching force committed to liberatory practices by preparing and licensing excellent teachers who have a positive impact on student achievement and create positive learning environments for students in schools in and around Nashville.

  • If you want to help set the standard for what high quality teacher preparation looks like in both the local and national community
