Job Summary

The database specialist is responsible for ensuring data integrity within Catholic Charities database.  The specialist will provide technical support and training to non-technical users, assisting with reporting, and database set-up and maintenance.

Job Responsibilities

1. Assist IT Manager in developing and leading database training for Catholic Charities Staff.
2. Monitor database for data issues and identify any structural changes to ensure data integrity.
3. Communicate to staff of all departments to determine database and reporting needs.
4. Assist in creating and running scheduled and ad hoc reports.
5. Troubleshoot issues staff may have.
6. Stay up to date with changes and improvements of Agency software.
7. Assist in development and implement changes in the database, always seeking efficient solutions that will increase data integrity.
