We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our board of directors. As a board member, you will play a crucial role in guiding the strategic direction of our organization, ensuring we achieve our mission and goals.

Job Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Participate in the development and oversight of the organization’s strategic plan.
• Governance: Ensure the organization adheres to its mission, values, and bylaws.
• Financial Oversight: Review and approve the organization’s budget, financial statements, and significant financial decisions.
• Fundraising and Advocacy: Support fundraising efforts and advocate for the organization within the community.
• Policy Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of policies that guide the organization.
• Performance Monitoring: Evaluate the performance of the organization and its executive leadership.
• Meeting Participation: Attend and actively participate in board meetings and committee assignments
