Job Summary

Lantern Lane strives to establish a dynamic nonprofit organization that enriches the community’s quality of life. We seek a highly professional and organized individual to help us fulfill this important undertaking. This leadership position must have strong administrative and organizational support, reporting to the CEO and Clinical Director. Supporting the role of a Clinical director in not only ensuring quality patient care but also overseeing the administrative aspects of the Lantern Lane Farm Counseling facilities. Above all, the assistant should be highly effective in responding in a timely and organized manner.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide feedback, encouragement, organization, and support to the Clinical Director and his team.
  • Responsible for assisting in any decisions the CEO needs support in.
  • Assist in scheduling needs.
  • Be respectful of, cooperative with, and collaborative with co-workers.
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Director when in need of input or decision-making.
  • Ability to identify areas where we need organizational improvement.
  • Stay highly organized.
  • High attention to detail and ability to prioritize various projects independently.
  • Passion for working with others (being collaborative) and helping our team members grow and learn.
  • Understand the roles and tasks for all positions in the company and support positions as needed.
  • Ability to handle and provide straightforward feedback to the leadership team members.
  • Be a problem solver and think ahead to ensure challenges don’t significantly impact client progress or outcomes.
  • Ability to set goals and develop achievable timelines to hit them.
  • Other duties as may be assigned.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in supporting a Clinical Director or CEO
  •  Must be punctual in reporting to work.
  • Be organized and detail-oriented.
  • Be a team player.
  • Be able to work independently on tasks assigned.
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Make independent decisions regarding the management of the clinical and leadership team and direct reports.
