Job Summary

The Harpeth Hall School seeks an experienced database manager to join the Advancement and Alumnae Relations team. This individual supports the entire office by maintaining the integrity of the Raiser’s Edge database and supports the Director of Annual Giving in producing reports, managing volunteers, and creating and executing fundraising strategies, meetings, and events. Experience as a Raiser’s Edge Administrator is essential. The successful candidate must possess excellent computer, organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills, in addition to a college degree. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is required. Familiarity with independent schools and fundraising operations is preferred. This full-time exempt position offers excellent benefits. Qualifications

College degree plus two to three years work experience in a development office. Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge or similar database experience required, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office. Advanced Excel usage including creating formulas is essential. Full-time, exempt position with some evenings, weekends, or early mornings required.
