Job Summary
The Franklin Housing Authority is hiring a temporary adminstrative assistant position to work with the President/CEO, Vice-President-Operations and the Director of Administration and Grants. The position will serve as a back-up to the front desk administrative assistance and could become permanent.
Skills required include the ability to balance multiple priorities, work independently to complete tasks, strong attention to detail and to be a member of a small team that is making a difference in the community.
Excellent computer skills are required including Microsoft Office and Excel. Previous grant management experience is a plus.

Job Responsibilities
- Assist with grant administration including reporting and tracking requirements
- Assist with development activities pertaining to the construction of new affordable housing
- Serve as a back-up to the front desk when needed
- Manage the website and produce a bi-monthly newsletter through the website
- Draft correspondence
- Make travel arrangements for conferences and training
Qualifications
- Minimum of an Associates Degree
- Three years administrative experience
- Valid driver’s license
