CERTIFICATE: Program Leader Certificate – Fall 2024

Dates: 11/5, 11/19, 12/3 & 12/17/2024

Program leaders have an enormous impact on employee retention and engagement. People do not leave a job because of the work; they leave a job because of the management.

Program leaders are the translators of the organization’s strategy and they play a key role in generating enthusiasm among employees by helping them to see the vision and mission in action. Program leaders are the heart and soul of most organizations.

The Program Leader Certificate is geared towards those who can play a pivotal role in ensuring that their programs and teams get the support needed to thrive. (Lunch is provided.)

(The certificate price includes all four sessions. To complete the Program Leader Certificate, complete at least 3 of the 4 sessions. )
