This interactive and experiential course is designed to help leaders identify their intersecting leadership styles and successfully utilize them to lead in a more authentic and meaningful way, resulting in reduced organizational conflict and improved relationships in diverse professional communities.
This workshop is designed for leaders interested in taking a deeper dive into their own identities and their roles within their organizations. It is ideal for those who manage or collaborate with people, whether they are employees, volunteers, or community members from historically underrepresented and/or marginalized groups. .
Participants will leave the session with a better understanding of their leadership profile and a cheat sheet to help with workplace conflict.
Assessments used: Conflict Styles, Ennergram, Implicit Biases (IAT Harvard University), Strength Finders, Leadership frames

Note: This workshop can be used as an elective for all CNM Certificate programs requiring additional electives for completion.
