CEO Conversation: Building Sustainable Nonprofit Organizations (In-Person)

To achieve long-term sustainability, nonprofits and their leadership must be strategic in their vision and empowering of talent.

As the sector continues to evolve, leaders need a distinct set of skills and adaptable practices to respond to cultural, economic and other changes, as well as a forward-thinking approach to talent management, resource allocation and succession planning.

In partnership with Vanderbilt’s Executive MBA program, join CNM for our October CEO Conversation to explore how leaders and their organizations manage change, develop leaders and deliver sustainable transformations.

Registration is open to nonprofit CEOs, senior leadership and aspiring executives.
