Workplace coaching has been shown to increase motivation and trust between leaders and employees. How can nonprofit leaders develop their coaching skills to help their employees flourish?
Learn what it takes to build a culture of coaching in your organization to help with professional growth, communication, and building trust. In this workshop participants will practice coaching activities in small groups to strengthen their skills and get feedback from others. Learn about the best times to use coaching, questioning strategies, and the framework for a typical coaching conversation. In an afternoon breakout session, each participant will have an opportunity to practice coaching conversations in small groups and receive direct feedback from an executive coach.
This class will be conducted via Zoom from 9am – 12:30am and then participants can sign up for one of three afternoon sessions for small group coaching. Afternoon sessions will be held from 1pm- 1:50 pm and 2pm -2:50 pm and 3- 3:50 pm.
