Each year, CNM offers more than 100 workshops on a wide variety of topics that meet the needs of nonprofit staff, boards and volunteers. For over 30 years nonprofit professionals have come to CNM to learn emerging best practices in the sector and increase the impact of their mission.

Workshop Details

Registration

To register, please find the workshop you are interested in attending on our Workshop Calendar and click "Register for This Workshop." Then fill out and submit the required information, and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you within five business days. If you do not receive a confirmation within five days, please contact us at (615) 259-0100. You can also register by calling (615) 259-0100. We recommend registering at least two weeks prior to the workshop. Attendance is limited. 

 

Pricing and MatchGrant Funds

One great benefit of becoming a CNM member is the greatly reduced price on all professional development and workshops. CNM members with budgets under two million dollars are eligible for MatchGrant funds. At the beginning of each year, eligible member organizations automatically receive funds to use towards workshops. To utilize your MatchGrant funds, please see these guidelines.

CNM accepts payment of tuition by check or credit card. If needed we can produce and invoice or receipt for workshops. CNM processes credit card payments through PayPal.

 If you need to cancel a course, we only provide refunds as CNM credit that can be used for a future course.

Student Rates

CNM offers special pricing for students looking to learn more about the nonprofit sector. To register, create an account on cnm.org and e-mail info@cnm.org with proof of your student status (valid student ID, .edu email address, etc.). 

 

Cancellations and Refunds

If you need to cancel enrollment in a workshop, you will receive a full credit for another workshop. CNM only provides refunds as CNM credit. 

Please note: Credits expire one calendar year from the date of issue.

Notice of cancellation must be received at least two working days (48 hours) prior to the workshop. No refunds or credits will be given for late cancellations or no-shows of any workshop.

CNM reserves the right to cancel any workshop at any time. Should we cancel, participants will receive a credit toward another workshop.

If there is inclement weather, check the front page of the CNM website or call (615) 259-0100 to see if classes are cancelled.

Photography and Videography Waiver

By attending a CNM event or program, you consent to interviews, photography, audio and video recording and its release or reproduction for news, website, promotional purposes, publication, or any other purpose by CNM and its afilliates and representatives.
