Job Summary
Provide direct support to clients including crisis intervention, therapy, advocacy, information and referrals to help them overcome the impact of sexual assault on their lives.
Job Responsibilities
Provide quality and effective therapy, both individual and group, to a variety of clients.
Maintain a full caseload of clients seeking therapeutic services.
Support the volunteer program by assuming rotating on-call shifts and assisting with trainings.
Provide outreach activities as needed or assigned.
Maintain appropriate client files and documentation.
Support peers by actively participating in weekly staff and team meetings.
Participate in scheduled individual supervision with Clinical Supervisor
Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling.
LCSW, LPC-MHSP, LMFT or Licensed Psychologist, required, due to insurance paneling requirements.
Experience working with victim/survivors of sexual violence.
Bilingual candidates preferred.
Ability to work in a team setting.
Ability to work with a variety of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults.
Ability to maintain a full caseload of sexual assault clients.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Computer literate with average typing skills.
Culturally competent.
