This individual is responsible for processing program financial expenditures, as well as assisting with program administrative functions. The position entails multiple job assignments and requires excellent interpersonal, fiscal management, organizational, and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university in related field and/or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to problem solve, troubleshoot and ensure allowable financial expenditures based on policy.
  • Detail oriented individual with ability to multi-task and work within a team to meet common goals.
  • Experience in and commitment to the field of workforce development and youth services, preferred.
  • Excellence in oral, written, and computer-based communication skills.
  • Excellence in organization and data entry.
  • Excellence in computer software applications including word processing, data base management, graphic design, billing, and spreadsheets.
  • Ability and desire to provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
