Job Summary
With direction from the WFS Program Director, works hand in hand with Operations Leadership to monitor programs and processes to ensure the quality of the work being done across Workforce Services. Provides quality and process management for 9 workforce development programs in MCWFS coverage area in the 61 county area across 5 Local Workforce Development Areas. Review and monitor program practices in relation to contract obligations and policy requirements. Conduct audits for youth contracts under Title I in each of the 5 Local Workforce Development Areas in Mid Cumberland WorkForce Services coverage area, audit reports and contract and supervision responsibilities for additional MCWFS programs, including: Opportunity NOW, Victim of Crime Act, Family Empowerment Program, SCSEP, RESEA, and VITA.

Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university preferred
- Advanced computer competency/literacy skills are preferred
- Applicants must have the ability to quickly learn computer software applications
- Knowledge of workforce development programs
- Desire to make a positive impact in the workforce development of Northern Middle Tennessee by working directly with local employers as well as elderly and low income populations
